Products shipped by Plexibend are fully tested to function. Should the product fail to function upon arrival we are here to help. Please contact us so we can troubleshoot and resolve any faults with the products. Returns are only accepted if the product fails to function and or we are unable to fix the issue.
You must first obtain RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from Plexibend before you can return the product for being defective. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your credit card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying of your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
